  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% from your total is required to reserve your event, which will be deducted from your final balance. Placing your retainer fee guarantees your date and time slot.

  • We accept online payments using any bank card or credit card with a 3% payment processing fee. For tipping artists on the day of or having any add ons, we accept Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.

  • No. As the bride you pay the retainer and final balance. It is your responsibility to garner payment from your bridal party. For gratuity, day-of add-ons like hair extension styling fee, and parking, stylists can accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle payments.

  • Yes! We have a small studio located in a residential home in St. Cloud. Used only for trials.

  • Yes! A travel fee is required for bookings located outside of St. Cloud, Fl for each artist. The travel fee is estimated at .58 cents a mile to the location and back to the zip code 34769

  • The stylist(s) who completes your trial will also be the stylist on the day of your wedding. However, in case of emergencies or other conflicts, you may receive a different stylist. We take lots of photos and careful notes and records of your hair and makeup look so the stylist can replicate the look completed during your trial in the case of a stylist switch. Keep in the mind that we only replace your stylist under extreme circumstances.

  • The average bridal party requires four-seven hours of glamming. Depending on how many services are book will determine the timeframe. If you are booking hair and makeup just for yourself, that can take up to 3 hours.

  • Booking a trial does not guarantee that your wedding date is reserved. Placing your retainer for your wedding day is the only way to book and reserve that date just for you. Bookings are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

  • Yes. The only thing you need to bring is your beautiful smile, and any hair accessories you’d like to add.
